We will meet at College Church at 6:30, have pizza and chips for dinner and watch a training video name “Mean Streets” to help us all learn to ride safer. Everyone is welcome to attend; it is a free course, and well worth your time. We will collect $5.00 for the pizza so we need to have an idea of how many will be attending. To get everyone in the mood to ride, (like we aren't already) and to spread the awareness at church, we will have a couple bikes in the Vanderpool Lobby at College Church. We'll have parking outside the lobby for you to park your bikes in the grass. Kickstand blocks will be provided. When parking, since it is downhill, leave it in gear, stop the engine, let the clutch out, and let it roll forward until it stops, then put the kickstand down. That way you lessen the chance for the bike to move and fall off the stand. For those who would like, we will probably ride to lunch afterwards, location to be decided at departure, with eating time shooting for around 1-1:20pm. If it rains and people would still like to get together for lunch, we'll still meet in Vanderpool Lobby at 12:20ish to figure something out." We are having our annual Christmas party on Tuesday, December 15. We are having a dinner with a White Elephant gift exchange after dinner. The meal will be soups and chili with some side dishes and desert. It should be a fun time for all so we hope you can make it.
